A Day in the Life…
The Finance and Procurement Coordinator will act as liaison to Lloyd Group clients and vendors by providing proactive communications to ensure timely payments. It is the responsibility of the Finance and Procurement Coordinator to provide Lloyd Teams with accurate and timely information pertaining to the company’s accounts receivables, accounts payable and monthly recurring billing.
The Finance and Procurement Coordinator ensures that the items necessary to fulfill client needs and IT infrastructure are acquired in a timely and cost-effective way. This individual works closely with the asset specialist to procure a wide variety of IT products and equipment purchased from specified suppliers and delivered according to agreed terms and conditions. An important aspect of this role is seeking maximum value for the company through time and cost agreements while working with technologically advanced products.
